I CAN'T FIND MY PENN STATE id+ CARD.

If your Penn State id+ Card is lost or has been stolen, you should deactivate it immediately. When you deactivate your card, your residence hall access, Campus Meal Plan, LionCash+ account, and fitness membership will automatically be suspended. To suspend other features—such as those offered by PNC Bank—you must contact the appropriate office.

If you find your card within seven days of deactivating it, you may reactivate it online and your residence hall access, Campus Meal Plan, LionCash+ account, and fitness membership will be reinstated. To reinstate other features—such as those offered by PNC Bank—you must contact the appropriate office.

If you cannot locate your card, you can get a new card at the id+ Office when you arrive on campus. A card replacement fee will be charged.

DO I NEED TO PUT MONEY ON MY ID+ CARD BEFORE I CAN EAT?

If you live on campus or have purchased a Campus Meal Plan, your dining dollars will be available beginning on the official arrival date. If you do not have a Campus Meal Plan, loading your card with LionCash+ for use in Blue Apple Cafe will save you 10% off most prepared foods. Visit the dining with your family page for more information.

The wash cycle is $1.50 per cycle, and drying is $0.50 per cycle. Funds can be deposited to your LionCash+ account online or at the Housing and Food Services Office.
